The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract between you and us and/or taking steps, at your request, to enter into such a contract and our legitimate interests, namely the proper administration of our website and business.

4.2 The hosting facilities for our website and our email marketing system provider are situated in the USA. The European Commission has made an “adequacy decision” with respect to the data protection laws of the USA. 6.3 Data relating to your enquiries that is sent from your web browser to our web browser, or from our web browser to your web browser, via our management software 17Hats, will be protected using encryption technology. Our database, including anything we store on 17hats, is encrypted using the industry standard AES-256 encryption algorithm.
6.5 You acknowledge that the transmission of unencrypted (or inadequately encrypted) data over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.
6.6 You are responsible for keeping the password you use for accessing our website confidential.
